Hi, I’m Bethany

I’m a coach, space holder, writer, and guide for women who are done with the “shoulds.”

I’ve spent over a decade in wellness—nutrition, movement, mindfulness, healing. I meal prepped, meditated, took the supplements, read the books. I was doing everything right— And still, I felt disconnected. Like I was always one step away from “enough.”

So I stopped fixing, started listening to myself and processed the lessons and experiences of my life.

And then I birthed The Empowered Self Method— a path back to you, rooted in self-trust, nourishment, and embodiment.
